Cookies
I wanted something chocolate to coffee, so found this a good recipe from a Portuguese cookbook.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    230 g

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

Melt the butter in it to melt the chocolate. Remove from heat and allow to cool until thickened. Beat until creamy, add sugar, flour, cocoa, stir well. To form a sausage with a thickness of 5 cm, roll in sugar, roll up in foil and put in refrigerator for 1 hour (I did not).
