Christmas cupcake with Mandarin oranges
The most delicious cupcake I have ever cooked! And I suggest You to see this!:)

Ingredients

  • Butter

    170 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Mandarin

    3 piece

  • Dried fruits

    150 g

  • Liqueur

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Lemon peel

  • Rosemary

Cooking

Clean the tangerines and disassemble into slices, leave for an hour to film the pieces dried.

The dried fruit to soak in the liqueur for 30 minutes. Meantime prepare the dough:

Butter and sugar beat in the lush mass.

One by one add eggs and beat. Add the flour, sifted with baking powder and mix.

Preheat the pan, add 20 g of butter and a teaspoon of sugar. Lay out slices of Mandarin and fry a couple minutes on each side. Spread on a plate to cool.

On the same pan send dry fruits with liqueur. Heat until alcohol evaporates.

Add to the mixture the cooled dry fruits and mix gently.

Form of grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the dough, layering them with tangerines. Bake for about an hour t 180 gr. The willingness of cake check wooden stick.

Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Garnish with lemon peel, Mandarin slices and lightly grease with egg white, sprinkle with fine sugar (it will snow). Festive fruitcake is ready!
