Cooking
To 100 g of warm water add yeast and 1 dessert spoon of sugar. Cover. Give the dough to come.
To the flour add all the ingredients and the yeast mixture. Don't forget the remaining 100 g of warm water and the 2nd spoon of sugar!
Knead the dough, the consistency of your earlobe. Put in a warm place let the dough rise 2 times.
