Love this quick to prepare and incredibly tasty dish! Tender, flavorful meat under a fluffy quilt of mouth-watering scrambled eggs! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Onions cut into cubes.

Boneless pork, cut into large cubes.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry the onions until light brown colour.

Add meat, salt (1/2 tsp salt), add spices to meat, mix well. Cover and simmer on low heat until tender (it took me 30 minutes). Cooking time depends on meat.

Once the meat is cooked, spread it with the sauce in a heat-resistant form.

Eggs, beat with a mixer in a lush lather. Add 1/2 tsp salt, black pepper and again whisk.

Pour in milk, add soda, stir.

Pour the scrambled eggs on the meat. Put the form (I have glass so I put in a cold oven), set temperature 200°C and bake for 40 minutes, Guided by your oven!
