Lentils with mince and courgettes
Simple, quick to prepare and very filling dish. Juicy and very tasty. It was prepared absolutely no hassle in multivarka VITEK VT-4207R

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Lentils

    150 g

  • Zucchini

  • Cherry tomatoes

    6 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

One small onion sliced, one medium carrot RUB on a grater. In multivarku pour vegetable oil, put vegetables, turn mode "Roasting".

Vegetables slightly fried ( about 3 minutes), added the mince, stir and fry until the color changes frsa ( about 4-5 minutes)

Add the chopped zucchini. If you finely chop, it will fall apart. Stir and cook just a minute.

Take the lentils. I love the yellow from the Mistral. It is clean, the heat treatment retains its color, quickly prepared and delicious - crumbly, tender. Approximately 150 grams. Proportions you can change to your liking.

Pour lentils in a bowl multivarki, add 2 cups of water. I pour hot water. Have premeal, salt and pepper.

Cherry tomatoes cut lengthwise into 2 halves and put in a bowl. You can of course just slice 1 tomato and put total weight. But I thought it would be boring and I left a tomato in sight. Put multivarku mode "Quenching" for 20 minutes.
