Marmalade
My son loves gummies, which are sold in packages and in bulk. How many preservatives, we can only guess. So I decided to find a recipe and please Sonny with fresh and harmless chewing marmalade.

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Sugar

    400 g

  • Juice

    100 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

Gelatin fill with juice, leave to swell ( I have 30 minutes to swell).

Pour sugar water, keep on low heat until the sugar is dissolved (you can add the zest).

Add the syrup to gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. Drain.

Pour it into moulds and put into the refrigerator for freezing. I had 8 hours. Don't forget that it is stringy, just because my skin is dry, so you can roll them in powdered sugar. But since my son loves to pull it, I do not crumble.

Our marmalade is ready! Son is happy!!! Remove the sample!!!
