Vanilla yogurt muffins
This recipe I want to confess of love to my beloved website "cook& amp;quot;! Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    90 g

  • Salt

    5 g

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    150 ml

Cooking

With a whisk, mix water and 2 tbsp flour, stir in the yeast SAF-moment and leave it for 15 minutes

Yogurt mix with egg, salt and sugar

Sift the flour into a bowl, add vanilla

Here pour the yeast dough and yoghurt-egg mixture, add the oil and knead the dough

Leave the dough under the film to rise for 2-3 hours. Then ebonite it and leave for 1 hour.

Divide into 2 parts, each part roll out the layer about 30*40 cm, oil liberally with vegetable oil

Roll roll and cut diagonally

Leave buns to proof for 15 minutes

Put in preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes (focus on your oven). Hot finished rolls sprinkle with powdered sugar
