Pie dough with peaches
A tender, light cake for lovers of cheese cakes with canned peaches and sour cream filling, reminiscent of the taste of that souffle. Cooked very easily and quickly.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Peach

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Cooking

Cottage cheese mix with butter (room temperature) and sugar.

Add flour mixed with baking powder.

Quickly knead the dough.

Wrap in clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

While the dough is in the fridge-slice the peaches with a thickness of 0.5 cm.

To prepare the filling-beat eggs with a fork.

Add sugar and sour cream. Stir until smooth.

Chilled the dough in the baking form (my form size 22Х30), previously greased with butter, making edges of 2-3 cm.

Lay the sliced peaches.

Pour on top of filling to cover all the peaches. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes (focus on your oven).
