Cookies made from semolina
Really never thought it was the cookies that I bake for a hundred years so can be called. Accidentally saw on TV a master class of Armenian cuisine and was shocked - there, too, is baked. The only difference is that a biscuit impregnated with syrup! Well, let's try!!!

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    2 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    275 g

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Orange juice

    100 ml

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Nuts

First mix the dry ingredients : semolina, sifted flour and soda

Add juice and melted butter. Actually you can use any juice, not necessarily orange. But today I do not back down from what he saw of the recipe.
