Description
Really never thought it was the cookies that I bake for a hundred years so can be called. Accidentally saw on TV a master class of Armenian cuisine and was shocked - there, too, is baked. The only difference is that a biscuit impregnated with syrup! Well, let's try!!!

Cooking
First mix the dry ingredients : semolina, sifted flour and soda
Lightly whisk the eggs with 125g of sugar
Add juice and melted butter. Actually you can use any juice, not necessarily orange. But today I do not back down from what he saw of the recipe.
It is time to mix the dry ingredients with the liquid. Stir and be sure to let the dough stand for at least 30 minutes to semolina swelled.
It turns out that kind of dough from which the owner will need to make lepeshechki about 3 cm in diameter. Sometimes the batter is watery - no problem - feel free to add flour to not stick in your hands!
Spread on a baking sheet, either greased or covered with parchment in a preheated 150 degree oven for 15-20 min!
In the meantime, boil the syrup: boil water, add the remaining sugar and honey. The recipe also recommended to add cloves and cinnamon to enjoy flavors of the East. Allow to simmer for 5-6 minutes so that the syrup thickens a little.
Hot cookies dipped in a cooked syrup. All the cookies are ready!
You can decorate, for example, powdered sugar
And I tried to connect jam - macarons a la still (although so-called "skirt" this cookie is missing)
