Cakes Empanadas
Empanadas - a real culinary symbol of Argentina. There are quite a few recipes, but personally I was attracted to the empanadas of dough stuffed with meat!

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Meat

    600 g

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Green olives

    100 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Flour

    450 g

Cooking

From flour, butter and cheese and knead the dough and put in refrigerator for 30 min.

Toppings: onion peeled and small chopped sweet pepper finely chopped and fry with onions in olive oil for 3 minutes. Add minced meat (I had chicken and a slice of reduced-fat pork) and fry to a state of friability; season with salt, add the raisins, olives, spices and fry until evaporation of liquid

The dough thinly roll out and cut circles that we spread the filling and form the cakes, prick with a fork

Bake for 20 mins at 180*C
