Blueberry-beet smoothie
This blueberry-beet smoothie is not only quick to satisfy your hunger, but will saturate the beneficial vitamins.

Ingredients

  • Blueberries

    200 g

  • Beets

    50 g

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Apple juice

    200 ml

  • Oat flakes

    6 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Small beets roasted or boiled until cooked, make it cool, peel.

To make this smoothie I used oat cereals of TM "Mistral".

Cereal was crushed (I crushed them using a mini-chopper).

In the bowl of a blender place blueberries, boiled beets, crushed corn flakes, Apple juice, honey.

Was crushed all the ingredients in the bowl of a blender.

Add natural yogurt and again the blender before mixing ingredients. Pour smoothie into glasses, decorate with blueberries and fruits (flowers I cut from pear, because of Apple flowers were not pinned on a toothpick - was split into two parts). Bon appétit!
