Cooking
Potatoes (preferably small) boiled in their skins or, previously, cleaned. Finely chop the onion and lettuce.
Reheat in a pan with a thick bottom butter and add chopped onion. Once the onions are slightly browned, introduce the flour and stir to give the flour a little obzharitsya. Add water, milk and bouillon cube. Bring to boil, reduce heat and, stirring, boil 5 min. Frozen peas to mixture and cook for another 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Drain the potatoes, arrange on plates, sprinkle with lettuce and top with sauce. Top again sprinkle with lettuce.
