Last week my family went to the sea. The Lodge had electricity, but no tiles. Good thing I was warned in advance, and I took the slow cooker. It's just a lifesaver in such cases. And most importantly - takes up little space, it is not necessary to bring pots, pans. For the men I made a universal favorite homemade dish - a Frittata. One of the options they want to offer to you. Frittata is a dish originating from Italy, the main ingredients, which are eggs and a filling of cheese, vegetables and other products. Frittata is universal, it can be eaten for Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Delicious, both hot and cold.
