A delicious combination of liver with apples and onions, stewed in cream, gives unforgettable taste.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    600 g

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Onion

    300 g

  • Apple

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Cream

    250 g

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

Liver rinse, remove the membranes, cut into halves. Season with salt, roll in flour and fry in multivarka mode "Frying" on both sides in hot oil.
