Meatballs in a creamy walnut sauce
The most common meatballs! But the unique makes them very tasty sauce. Very flavorful and moderately spicy. Cook in multivarka Vitek 4200 R.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    1000 g

  • Walnuts

    200 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Khmeli-suneli

    0.5 tsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Cilantro

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Broth

    100 ml

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

To make minced meat, half of a specified quantity of onions and garlic, season with salt and pepper. Add sour cream, mix well. I mince no eggs, no bread is not added.

Enable Frying and fry meatballs in olive oil for 5-7 minutes on each side.
