Description

Vegetable casserole
Maybe I'm wrong, but their diversity she reminded me of the Uzbek national dress (something from childhood that I remember). The taste is very tender, juicy, but quite satisfying. For the contest "Fast from "Moulinex&a mp;quot;".

Cooking

step-0
Prepare the vegetables for casseroles. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into strips. Fry in vegetable oil. I - in a deep fryer.
step-1
The cabbage, I just cut random pieces. It should boil in salted water until almost cooked. Since I have all sorts of cabbage, I cooked it in turns first white, then red, as the latter stains the water.
step-2
Slice the onions into strips, crush the garlic. Fry in vegetable oil.
step-3
Add celery, cut into thin slices. Fry about 3 minutes together.
step-4
With beans drain the liquid. Add it to the vegetables.
step-5
Salt and pepper - to taste. Add a little chopped cilantro.
step-6
Zucchini RUB on a small grater (I have not cleaned them, as they are quite young). Pour out the juice. Add flour and salt and pepper - to taste.
step-7
Spread out on the table in plastic wrap. On it we spread a layer of zucchini (half).
step-8
For the zucchini spread, roasted potatoes.
step-9
For potato - cabbage.
step-10
Beans with vegetables.
step-11
Using the film forming some semblance of a roll. At first it will seem that everything is falling apart, you just need a good push in the tape. Transfer to oiled baking sheet. Then release from the film and coat the remaining squash on top of the dough.
step-12
Pepper cut into strips. Put on top of any pattern. I just randomly, but plump. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
step-13
The finished casserole.
