Cake
This cake is a godsend for those who are fasting, as in its composition does not include any prohibited post, the product. Very fluffy, tender, with a pronounced coffee flavor cake with layers of fragrant jam and covered with chocolate (also with a hint of coffee)... What could be more desirable on a cold winter night?

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Coffee natural

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 pack

  • Jam

  • Instant coffee

    0.25 tsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Cinnamon

So, let's begin. In a bowl put the sugar, honey, vegetable oil, added a Cup of strong hot coffee, stir, then beat with a mixer.

Add in the soaked raisins, chopped nuts, baking powder, pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg.

To this mass add gradually the flour, until the dough is the consistency of thick cream. The resulting dough is spread in a with baking paper and greased form. Bake the cake for 50-60 minutes at a temperature of 160-175 degrees

In a water bath melt chocolate (you can add a piece of butter) and add the instant coffee. Cake covered with this frosting so that the edges were also in the chocolate.
