Casserole with young cabbage with mushrooms
An incredibly easy, hearty and expensive meal!!! If you even without meat can be hearty to feed the family!!!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    400 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

This recipe I cooked in multivarka VITEK VT-4215 BW. We need cabbage, I had small forks. Cut it into 4 pieces.

Then boil water, salt it and cook the cabbage for 7-10 minutes. Pull it and drain excess water.

Mushrooms wash and cut into slices.

Onions and garlic peel and finely chop. In the bowl multivarki pour vegetable oil. To enable and set the Roasting time of 20 minutes. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic and fry, not forgetting to stir. A minute before the end add 1 tbsp flour, stir and fry the mushrooms for 1 minute.

Wash the bowl multivarki. Quarter cabbage cut in half and put in a bowl multivarki.

Cabbage put the mushrooms.

In sour cream add 1 tbsp flour, salt and pepper. Mix well. Cabbage and mushrooms, pour sour cream sauce, flatten with a spoon. Hard cheese to grate and put it on the cream.

To choose a program Casserole, set time 30 minutes. Cook until the end of the program.
