Sea bass in Arabic
Offer to cook in the slow cooker (I used the model VITEK VT-4214) fragrant and juicy dish. The bright colors and rich, full-bodied taste will not leave you indifferent!

Ingredients

  • Grouper

    500 g

  • Red onion

  • Carrots

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    250 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

The carcass of a sea bass should be cleaned, rinsed, cut into portioned pieces about 5 cm wide. Season with salt and sprinkle with spices for fish to your taste.

Onions (I have red and white) and carrots peeled and cut into half rings.

Chili peppers remove seeds and finely crumbled (I dried).

Wipe the tomatoes with the juice through a sieve, add the vegetable oil, salt, sugar, sweet paprika.

To enable the mode "Control" to set the temperature of 160*C. To the bottom of the bowl put the prepared fish, chili.
