Liver cakes with pumpkin and wheat
Today I want to offer you an interesting recipe for cooking tasty and fragrant bread. My family like them very much, also very out of cereals in cooking bags of TM Mistral. The pellets are prepared from pumpkin, liver and millet. I recommend to try.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    100 g

  • Millet

    5 Tbsp

  • Beef liver

    250 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Boil the millet in the package. Pumpkin grate on a coarse grater.

Raw liver puree them in a blender and add to the pumpkin. Pour the coriander, salt and ginger.

Add boiled millet. Stir.

Garlic and red onion RUB on a small grater and add to the bulk, stir.

Add the egg and stir.

Fry tortillas in olive oil on both sides. Proprium with the lid closed for about 10 minutes on low heat.
