Chicken in velvet sauce Metakino
This recipe I brought from my Motherland (Volgograd oblast). Not far from our village where I lived, is a protected place. This settlement, which left only 6 houses. There lives a good friend of our family, she sold the apartment in Moscow and moved to this Paradise! Yeah, yeah, PARADISE!!! There on the street you can easily encounter a wolf or a moose, especially a fascinating spectacle in the winter. Sitting in her small and cozy house with a Russian stove, looking out the window at those moose and other protected animals and birds. Beauty, silence and you sit and eat from wooden dishes (I just from it I write), so here the "velvet chicken". And the sauce vymachivanie bread. N what else to be happy??? Forgive me aunt, I would add soy sauce, well, just nemacka)))

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Dill

  • Corn starch

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Fillet cut into not very small cubes, add the starch, dill, hops suneli, salt.

Then enter the yogurt and soy sauce, mix thoroughly. Refrigerate at least 40 minutes.

Fillet with sauce and put in a preheated with oil pan. Simmer under a lid for 15 minutes.

Then add grated on a fine grater cheese and simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
