Cooking
Boil potatoes and cool.
Cucumbers and onions finely chop and spasserovat in vegetable oil.
Peel the potatoes, grate on a fine grater, add the egg, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, salt and flour. The number I have indicated on 400 g of boiled potatoes. Knead the dough.
