Chocolate ganache with lemon
OHHH. daaaaaaaa, it's just a tale of chocoholics, this incredible velvety taste with a hint of lemon. It will be the perfect end to a holiday table))) the Pierre Herme's Recipe.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    250 g

  • Cream

    120 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

Cream bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add the zest of 1/2 lemon (SLICED) and allow to stand, covered for 10-15 minutes. The present cream of the strain and again bring to boil. (but do not boil)

Chocolate breaking into small pieces. In a separate bowl, heat the honey with 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Hot pour cream into chocolate and mix with a silicone or wooden spatula to obtain a smooth homogeneous mass.

Pour in the honey with the lemon juice.

Mix well and put lots of portions kremanki. Put in the refrigerator before filing on the table.

Before serving, sprinkle with grated lemon zest. A delicious chocolate meal!
