Cooking
Cakes. Mix cottage cheese, egg, sugar and butter.
Add the flour and knead the dough. Divided into six parts. Every roll using plastic wrap on a buttered baking paper to the desired diameter. Trim on the plate. I have a diameter of 20 cm.
Prick with a fork and send in a preheated 180 gr. the oven for 7-10 minutes until Golden brown.
For the custard I used this chocolate. You can just use white chocolate and add crushed almonds and coconut flakes. But it's easier)))
Milk heated almost to boiling. Grind the yolks with sugar. Pour in sutkovo-sugar mixture a ladle of hot milk, stir to dissolve sugar and pour a thin stream while stirring postoyannom back into the saucepan with the milk. Bring to a boil and add the flour. Cook for 2 minutes until thick. Remove from heat and add chocolate and butter. Mix well and cool.
Put the cake together. Four Korzh coat with cream (3 tbsp one cake).
In the remaining cream add the coconut with red dye and one coat of the cake.
Two layers, white cream, one with red, two with white and one without cream.
For the butter cream beat butter with condensed milk. Ukladam three tablespoons in a separate bowl for decoration. To the cream add the white coconut and coat the top and sides of cake. Pending in the cream, add the red coconut and decorate the cake. The edges of the cake sprinkle with white coconut.
Remove the cake overnight in the refrigerator.
And in the morning enjoy a delicate taste with a Cup of coffee!
