Cod in the Eastern
This simple, slightly dry the fish I cooked in multivarka VITEK VT-4214. Great sauce and the right fighting did the trick - fish-plain turned out very tender, juicy, flavorful and spicy! Come on in, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Cod

    500 g

  • Bow white

  • Garlic

  • Pepper

  • Salt

  • Shrimp

    150 g

  • Coconut milk

    200 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • A mixture of spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

Cod fillet portions cut pieces, salt to taste. Coconut milk is good to have a chat in the Bank to open.

Before serving, to taste sprinkle with lemon juice, serve with rice or a delicious homemade white bread. The sauce is so good and tasty that without bread, though not Indian, not do! Help yourself!
