Plum tart with Frangipane
Well, just Sooo delicious tart. Very nutty, moderately sweet, incredibly crisp and quite easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Walnuts

    60 g

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    110 g

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Drain

    500 g

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

Nuts grind.

Butter cut into small pieces, add to the flour, chop into a fine crumble, add the nuts and sugar, again chopped. Add the egg, gather the dough into a ball.

Put into a form and distribute hands on it, making bumpers.

On the dough in the shape to put foil or parchment, pour the rice and put in refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 170S. Bake the dough with rice for 10 minutes, remove the rice and bake for another 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.

For the filling: mix in a blender the butter, sugar and egg, add vanilla

Enter the nuts and flour. To mix until obtaining a homogeneous mass.

Plum cut in half, removing the pits.

Spread the cream on the base, flatten, put the halves of plums, slightly pressing them into the cream.

Bake at 180C for about 30-40 minutes. Honey is slightly warm and tart while hot, pour over the plums.
