Filling for pancakes from marshmallow
This stuffing will not leave indifferent the sweet tooth. Gentle creamy taste as if drifting on air cloud in childhood to the most delicious ice cream in waffle cups

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Marshmallows

    100 g

  • Cream

    200 g

For pancakes beat eggs with salt and milk, beat in the flour. Sunflower oil heated in a frying pan and pour in batter. Fry pancakes on medium heat on both sides.

For the filling, marshmallows and 100 g of cream to melt in the microwave, stirring until almost smooth. It took me 2 minutes at full power.

The resulting mixture was beat with a mixer until smooth, fluffy mass. Allow to cool to room temperature.

Whip the remaining cream until stable peak and gently put into the ground with marshmallows.

Pancakes spread generously with filling, leave the "grips" for a few minutes and turn the rolls.

This stuffing definitely need to stand in the refrigerator at least 1 hour. You can then cut into serving pieces.
