Cooking
Pre-sift the flour. In a bowl, mix: sugar, honey, eggs. Stir with a whisk. And put the bowl in a water bath. Add margarine pieces. Heat honey mixture in a water bath for 10 minutes, all the time stirring with a whisk.
Then add the baking soda, the mixture will turn white. Stir well and remove from heat.
Remove the bowl from the water bath and pour into it the flour (it took me almost 4 cups (1 Cup= 250 ml). Quickly knead dough - it will be very sticky and fully mixed it will not work. Leave the dough in the bowl for about 15 minutes, then it can work.
That is obtained the dough.
After 15 minutes divide the dough into 2 parts.
Prepare two sheets of baking paper. Spread one portion of dough on the paper, which is sprinkled with flour. The dough is also slightly sprinkle with flour and roll out the layer to the size of the pan or slightly smaller 30x26 cm
Similarly roll out the second half of the dough, the size as the first layer of dough.
One layer of dough put on baking tray and top with a thick smear of jam (jam, jam; I jam currant), slightly receded from the edges to jam when baking is not leaking out. Jam always take sour, the better it turns out.
And cover with a layer of the second layer of jam (put the paper on which you rolled out layer of dough), remove paper and top with a knife to put the pattern on a layer of dough.
Bake in a preheated oven. The dough is prepared pretty quickly, so I immediately turn on the oven to warm up and begin to cook. Baking temperature 190*C, the cookies baked for about 20 min. in my oven. Be guided by your oven. Readiness can be checked as follows: to pierce the edge of the pie with a toothpick is dry, then our cookies are ready. When slightly cooled, cut into biscuits. Much zarumyanivaniya cookies are not worth the color often depends on the type of honey you use. Most importantly, do not peredergivaete in the oven: the layers are quite thin, especially if you roll on a baking sheet.
You can immediately eat. I keep it in the package, the next day it was even better.
