Chocolate cake with zucchini
Sweet chocolate cupcake can be cooked zucchini. Thanks to them, the cupcake is very soft, a little bit inside. The zucchini taste is not felt. And my husband, learning composition, took my words as a joke (which he does not eat at all).

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    350 g

  • Butter

    135 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    1 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Cocoa powder

    6.5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Butter (softened) whip with a mixer. To the oil add the vegetable oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, soda. Mix thoroughly.

To make chocolate glaze: mix cocoa with sugar, add milk and butter. Put on fire and bring to boil.
