Ginger biscuits
My Christmas baking, I started today with this cookie. Tender, crispy and crumbly, after a couple days it will taste even better.

Ingredients

  • Ginger

    50 g

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Salt

  • Cherry

    100 g

Cooking

A small piece of ginger, peel and grate on a fine grater.

Add soft butter or margarine and sugar.

Grind it all with a mixer.

Add the yolks and a pinch of salt. Grind.

The sifted flour.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 0.5 cm, on a floured work surface. The dough is very soft, but rolled easily.

Cut shapes any figures. In the center of each put a dried cherry.

Lay out the biscuits on a buttered baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven until Golden. Or to the mind-blowing aroma, that will fill the kitchen, apartment, home, and crawl to tease the neighbors. BON APPETIT!!!
