Curd-shortbread
Very gentle... sweet biscuits... sour :-) for some reason they reminded me of flowers - pansies...

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Red currants

    200 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack
