Looked, and this is my 100th - Anniversary recipe on the "Cook". Went back through the retseptiki that such is not found. I dedicate it to all our Povratkom-lovers fish. Already an hour passed as roasted, and the aroma still lingers in the apartment.

Cooking
Clean the fish, separate the fillets, I the skin is not removed, it's not for everybody (I like the taste). Fillet (preferably frozen), cut into small pieces.
Finely chop the onion, garlic added to the fish.
Add salt, seasoning. The seasoning I use is to fish its composition: Melissa, garlic, white pepper, parsley, dill, white mustard, onion, Bay leaf, lemon peel, citric acid, salt.
Add the flour, starch. Mix carefully mix and leave to marinate for about an hour (in the seasoning contains citric acid). Beware of the cats! My so and climbed around the table.
Further heats the pan, pour vegetable oil, spoon the blend of the cutlet mixture into the pan, deep fried on each side until Browning. Only about 15 minutes. Tasty awesome!
