Tender, soft pork with wine, mushrooms in a cheese and mustard sauce. Soft cream cheese so perfectly with the mustard, the acidity of the wine complements the taste of meat, this sauce complements any meat and make it delicious. Preparing this soup is a quick, simple and turns out well, very tasty.

Cooking
Pork cut into layers with a thickness of 0.5 cm and slightly repel. Salt, pepper black pepper, rubbed hands the spices into the meat, leave the meat for 2-3 hours.
