Description

Chicken with rice, baked in the oven
Very tasty, hearty dish perfect for Sunday lunch or dinner, and a gala reception.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    400 g

  • Chicken thigh

    6 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    2 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    400 ml

Cooking

Rinse 2 cups of rice, put on a greased with sunflower oil pan.

Chop the onion, pour on top of the rice.

Grate carrots, put on the rice.

Chicken marinated in yogurt and spices, leave on for 15 minutes or more. You can do it before cutting the vegetables.

Put the chicken on the vegetables.

Pour on top of the spices. I used a packet of "Spices for chicken"

Grate cheese on a grater and sprinkle them over the chicken. You can add mayonnaise as desired. Pour into the dish 2 cups hot salted water. Put into the oven for 50-60 minutes, temperature 180 - 200 degrees.
