Description
Bourekakia is a Greek pastry, which is made in villages to the carnival. I especially love these rolls kids! And not only there, but give undercover carvalue costumes. I suggest you Bourekakia with sweet rice stuffing, but this recipe is versatile. Bourekakia can be cooked with almost any filling! You can use yesterday's rice side dish, and cereal with milk, meat and cheese, and cheese...

Cooking
Bourekakia are prepared with different fillings. I suggest you try with carnival: a filling of sweet milk-vanilla rice. So, to start, we need 100 g round rice.
Pour the rice 300 ml of water and cook until the liquid evaporates.
Add in the rice milk and stir with a wooden spoon.
...and the vanilla pod, cut lengthways. Cook until the liquid evaporates. The vanilla pod to remove. Add 0.5 teaspoon of starch for thickening, stir and leave the filling to solidify.
Dough. I'll be honest: I'm not good at these things but this dough is so docile that it can prepare even the children! Sift 250 grams of flour.
Add 4 tbsp of olive oil and grind it with flour.
Roll the dough thin! Here it is docile and malleable when you turn...
Put the rice stuffing "tracks" at a distance from each other.
Turn dough stuffed rolls, labeling and gluing the joints between the rolls...
To nadrezat prepared rolls with a knife.
Again put a trail of rice toppings. Collapse..
here is the finished rolls. Heat the oil
Bourekakia and fry on both sides in oil until it will turn brown.
Spread on a napkin to soak up excess fat.
Bourekakia sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Bon appetit!
