Cooking
In a bowl mix together the sugar, oil and eggs.
In another bowl mix flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add dry ingredients to liquid and mix well.
Add the carrots and nuts and again mix well.
Pour the mixture into the form. Put in a pre-heated to 150-160C oven. Bake for 1.5-2 hours. To check the readiness with a toothpick.
The finished cake to remove from the mold. Allow to cool for one hour. Then turn over (to prevent drying) and keep it as day.
For the cream mix sugar main island of Fiji, cream cheese, vanilla and butter. Powdered sugar in the beginning to put not all of it, and to be guided to taste to desired sweetness. Beat well. Store in the refrigerator.
The next day, carefully remove the cake from the form.
Cut into three layers. Each layer is spread with cream.
For decoration I used melted special candies.
In this case, were decorated with colorful sprinkles, and Boca chopped nuts.
