Here come the summer, we've all been waiting for! Now there are vitamin berries and fruits, we therefore have to charge them health. I want to offer you a very berry, tender cake, parabody for a summer evening tea party.

Cooking
For this cake you need lots and lots of berries. I took blueberries, strawberries, strawberries, cherries, currants and Polonika. Berries wash, remove the debris.
And whisk with three tablespoons of sugar in a blender. A third of the berries should be left for decoration.
Sour cream, cream cheese and mix with 6 tablespoons of sugar. Divide in half the cream.
In the first half add the berry weight and the melted white chocolate to the sour cream with cottage cheese. That's such a beautiful color. In the second half adding melted chocolate and cocoa. Soak the gelatine according to instructions and add it to both cream.
Proteins separated from the yolks, whisk the egg yolks with 0.5 cups of sugar until fluffy cream, the whites until stable peaks with the remaining sugar.
Add to the yolks the flour, baking powder. Stir. Then gently beat in the whites from the top down. Pour into a greased pan and put into preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Collect the cake: on water-soaked with liquor cake in the form of detachable pour the berry cream, put into the fridge until fully cured, then pour the chocolate cream and also to prosective in the fridge.
Then spread on top of berries. There should be a lot to cover the entire area. To fill - liquor + water + gelatin. And again in the refrigerator until fully cured.
