Crispy Italian cookies
I love recipes that don't require a lot of dishes and a long manipulation of the products. This is one of the fastest recipes. If you have the combine, then all it will take about 30 minutes along with pastries. Crunchy flakes and soft texture distinguish this cookie from thousands. Intrigued?

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    140 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Pine nuts

    30 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Cereal

  • Almonds

Cooking

Eggs, softened butter and sugar, beat until smooth. I did it with a spoon.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder.

Knead homogeneous dough. Or all of these foods (eggs, sugar, oil, flour and baking powder) is loaded into processor and mix. I'm usually too lazy to collect. And this recipe is good without it.

Add the raisins and nuts.

Stir the mixture, until a homogeneous distribution of filler in the test.

Take two spoons and begin to shape the future of a cookie or a muffin (if you take tablespoons). Take the dough with one spoon and the other shoot. And so a couple of times.

Spread on a plate with corn flax and sprinkle with cereal. A couple of pieces I roll in almond petals.

I bake in disposable paper cups, but you can on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper. Then they will become more flat and similar to biscuits. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Monitor the color of the flakes.
