Braised chicken legs with peppers
Very tender meat with the flavor of pepper.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    8 piece

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

  • Dry white wine

    0.5 cup

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Ingredients.

Chicken drumsticks fry in a dry pan on both sides until brown. Approximately 2-3 min. to Shift into another bowl.

Pepper and tomato cut into cubes, onion shinkuem. Spread in the pan where you fried the chicken and fry for about 5 min.

Now put the tomato paste and add wine. Bring to a boil. Sprinkle with salt and put sugar to taste. Note that salt and sugar will take in even the Shin.

Pour oil, put drumstick add the spices ( I have dry adjika ) and stir. Cover and simmer about 30 mins (until soft chicken). Turn off and allow to infuse for about 20 min.
