Cooking
Measure out desired amount of oatmeal.
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, sprinkle with salt, leave for 10 minutes, squeeze the juice and put to flakes.
Divide the dough in eggs and add baking powder.
All mix well. Try the taste, add salt if you need more, and pepper.
Lubricating oil a baking dish (I have 20 × 20 cm) and pour half of the batter.
Cut the cheese (you can grate) and spread on the surface of the dough and pour the second half of the dough.
Put in a preheated 170-180*C oven for 15-20 minutes. Turn over and entertained relatives. Delicious Breakfast!
