Cooking
First of all, prepare the dressing. Take 0,5 STK. Basil leaves, 4 leaves spinach, 1 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp oil, salt and sugar to taste. Grind in a blender. Spinach has a neutral taste, but gives the dressing a more vivid color scheme. If you don't have spinach, you can easily do without it.
Here's a texture, it turns out.
For lettuce large ripe tomatoes cut into slices 1 cm thick and lay on a platter overlapping.
Carefully pour the tomatoes with this dressing, decorate with a leaf of Basil and serve. Preparation takes just a minute, but how delicious it turns out our salad!
