First of all, prepare the dressing. Take 0,5 STK. Basil leaves, 4 leaves spinach, 1 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp oil, salt and sugar to taste. Grind in a blender. Spinach has a neutral taste, but gives the dressing a more vivid color scheme. If you don't have spinach, you can easily do without it.
