Dessert of the categories so my favorite vintage Spanish desserts based on milk and eggs. The consistency of the cream is very thick, it's more of choux pastry. Dessert not too festive, it is simple, delicious, satisfying.
Part of the heated milk with lemon peel for flavoring. Eggs RUB with sugar, starch and flour mix, dilute the remaining cold milk. Combine both mixtures, stir well. Of hot milk to remove the lemon peel, bring to boil, pour it into the mixture, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
The resulting thick mass similar to choux pastry.
Spread a thin layer in a flat dish, greased with butter and leave for a day.
Cut the mass into portions.
Fry both sides with butter.
Serve hot, sprinkled with ground cinnamon.
