Pigtail pork with cranberry sauce
It's delicious.. I would even say, very delicious!!! The meat is flavorful, with a rich taste, and it is even more emphasized by the sauce of cranberries...

Ingredients

  • Pork

    0.5 kg

  • Dry red wine

    300 ml

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cranberries

    200 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

Tenderloin cut into long thin (1,5 cm) layers. Each layer is not until the end of the length cut into 3 parts.

Mix the wine, ginger, cinnamon, salt, seasoning for pork and honey. In this marinade to withstand the pork for at least 30 minutes.

From each formation to weave the braid. Secure the edge with a toothpick. To put our pigtails in a baking dish, add the marinade and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.

In a blender, blend cranberries with sugar and red wine. The sauce is then heated (to boil not necessary).
