Coconut-cranberry pie
First time making a pie on whey and now I advise EVERYONE to try this!! VERY simple! FAST! DELICIOUS! MAGNIFICENTLY! And soooo GENTLY MUCH! The fragrance that filled the apartment, when preparing this cake, it is difficult to convey in words... And when we finally waited... and cut off a piece of this magically tender coconut-cranberry magic... my diet ended at midnight with a mug of tea and a healthy slice of sweets:) ESPECIALLY a GOOD recipe for the mommies do for their babies curds and whey just poured out, not knowing WHERE to apply it!! LET'S BAKE PIES!!!

Ingredients

  • Serum

    1 cup

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Cranberry

    1 cup

  • Coconut shavings

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Powdered sugar

  • Vanilla

All that is needed. With a mixer, beat until smooth the butter, eggs and sugar.
