I bought the salmon and he very icy, and meat all goes in layers and pieces. Made these hedgehogs with a hint of lemon (recipe from Kalinga). Very quick and tasty! Recipe with some modifications.

Cooking
For sauce – mix garlic, sour cream, 2 tbsp of dill, the juice of a lemon 2 tbsp 1 tsp juice, 1 tbsp of dill, a little zest, bran, salmon and egg mix in the bowl, prisolit and season with white pepper. Baking tray lay with foil and mold small patties or meatballs (Bush's glamorous) of fish mass.
Preheat the oven to 200 C. Bake for about 15 minutes, until top forms a crust.
A little (literally a teaspoon) pour the sauce over and put another 5 minutes. Feeding, watering sauce and sprinkle the zest.
