Fast! Simple! Delicious! Classic Uighur national dish my own way - with pork!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Radish

    100 g

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.5 l

  • Adjika

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Pasta

    200 g

Meat cut into strips, fry in vegetable oil.

Add the onion, cut into half rings and fry.

Add grated on a grater for Korean carrot (or cut into strips) radish, tomato paste, adjika, vinegar, Bay leaf.

Add water (broth), add salt and bring to a boil. Add the finely chopped garlic.

Boil juicy.

Boiled dough will spread in a deep dish, cover them with meat sauce and sprinkle with herbs.
