We all know that the liver is useful. And yet, in my opinion, the main argument in favor of the liver - the speed of its preparation. Liver lovers dedicated!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

Cut the liver, clearing away blood vessels. The liver is cut better when it is slightly frozen. If You don't like the slightly bitter taste of liver, soak it for a couple of hours in milk, and the bitterness will go away.

Begin cooking. Onions chop and fry in small amount of vegetable oil.

Once the onions become transparent, add sour cream.

Now add salt, pepper and bring to boil our sauce.

Good heat the pan (this is important to the liver turned out delicious), added a little oil.

Put the liver and fry for 3-4 minutes for delicate chicken liver that will be enough.

Pour the liver simmering sauce, allow to writing a rolling boil a few minutes under closed lid and a delicious, wholesome, healthy dish is ready.
