It happens that after cooking, the salad remains a piece of cooked chicken, and it neither there nor here. Quietly sharpen under a blanket - of course, not our option. So let me propose an idea (by the way shameless stuffy office cooks, for that special thank you to her) like 10 minutes to organize with this piece if not lunch, then a hearty Breakfast - that's for sure.

Actually so simple that I don't even know what would then take a picture... Cut into our boiled chicken pieces.
In a container crack eggs, add milk, salt, whisk. Throw back our chicken and a little whisk with a blender, the chicken should not turn directly into a puree, just to be meeeeee pieces.
Pour the resulting mass in a pan with hot oil, cover and fry until cooked. The finished omelet, you can sprinkle with grated cheese and greens. It turns out very gentle, quick and satisfying, for me that's quite a lunch.
