Yeast fritters in caramel
I know this Chinese dessert - "caramel Apples"? Inspired by this recipe, I decided to cook the fritters in caramel. What can I say? It turns out amazing. Inside delicate pancakes, crispy on the outside and caramel. And still a very good solution for yesterday's pancakes.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Sugar

    5 g

  • Yeast

    2 g

  • Vegetable oil

    40 ml

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black tea

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    200 g

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat egg whites until "hard" peaks.

Mix warm milk (no hotter than 40 degrees), egg yolks, salt, sugar, yeast SAF-moment and sifted flour, mix thoroughly.
