Pie
I plum lublyu! Pie with plums even more! Today baked a very interesting pie! Try it! I think that you will like it!

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    250 g

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

  • Drain

    20 piece

  • Mac

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, orange zest.

Add soft butter and knead by hand the dough.

Roll into a ball and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Plum wash, remove the seeds and slice into quarters.

Form 28cm. cover with baking paper. Spread the dough, forming the sides.

Spread plum jam over the entire surface.

On top sprinkle with dry poppy seeds.

Stepping back from the edge put the quartered plums.

In a bowl dissolve the starch and water. Stir with a spoon. Pour starch water in all plums. sprinkle with sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon! Of course!

Gently with a knife to wrap the edges of the dough to plum. That's it! Brush with beaten egg yolk.

Bake at 200g for 25 minutes. Before cutting completely cooled!
